How well do you that person on the other side of the bed, office or street? After reading this book, you may be asking yourself exactly that question.
Will and Iris are the perfect couple. In Love. Forever. They have perfect jobs, live in a perfect house, and are trying for the perfect child. Will flies out of Atlanta, bound for a conference in Orlando. Iris, at work, hears news of a plane crashing shortly after leaving Atlanta. Phew, she is relieved to discover it was the Seattle-bound plane.
This is where things hot up. Will is listed among the victims. As grief-stricken Iris investigates why he was on that plane, she discovers a series of lies. More become apparent when she looks into his past. Who is this man that she married?
I thoroughly enjoyed this story. It’s well-plotted, very tightly written, and plausible. It has plenty of twists and turns, and enough moral dilemmas to keep a book group discussing for weeks. Highly recommended.
